At Alokji Parivar, we value the time, energy, and dedication invested into every consultation. Our goal is to provide insightful and meaningful guidance through astrology. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking a session:
1. Consultation Charges are Non-Refundable
Once a consultation is booked and payment is made, the fee is non-refundable, as the session preparation begins immediately after confirmation.
2. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their session with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
3. Missed Appointments / No Show
If a client misses the scheduled session without prior notice, the consultation will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.
4. Technical Issues (For Online Consultations)
If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on our end, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation by Alokji Parivar
In rare cases where we need to cancel a session, clients will be given the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund. Once refund is process it will be credited in bank account within 5-7 business working days.
6. Product Purchases (if applicable)
Any astrological products (yantras, gemstones, etc.) once delivered are non-refundable unless damaged in transit. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
